Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements

If you are within the 30-day return period, we offer you three options:


1. Exchange for a Different Size or Color

Exchanges are only available for the same style in a different size and/or color.
Exchanging for a completely different product is not allowed.

We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the product you want.


2. Refund Details and Store Credit

By default, refunds are issued as store credit.

If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, you must notify us on the return form. A 15% inspection, warehouse, and processing fee will apply. Refunds will appear on your account within 7–10 business days after we receive your request.

  • Exchanges or returns due to manufacturer defects are not subject to this restocking fee.

  • Fees apply to the original order, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded.

  • Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.


3. Replacement for Incorrect or Defective Items

We’re very sorry! Please email us at contact@skylee.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the problem (e.g., incorrect item / defective)

  • A photo or video of the issue


How Long Does a Refund Take?

Refunds typically take up to two weeks to process. All refunds are verified for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.


How to Return an Item

  • Each return request must include a return form.

  • Fill out the form as accurately as possible and send it with your item to the return address we provide via email.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your bank

  • Processing usually takes 3–5 business days

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@skylee.com.


Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

  • If you receive store credit, it will correspond to the amount you paid.

  • If you request a refund, you will receive the amount paid for the product minus the restocking fee.

  • If you are exchanging an item, depending on your country, your exchanged item may take 2–7 weeks to arrive.

If you are returning items valued over €50, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
