  • Orders over $30.00 qualify for free shipping.

All orders come with a tracking number provided by La Poste Colissimo, Colicoli, or Colis Privé.

Missing Items

If your order or part of your order is not delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
After this period, please email contact@skylee.com. Our team will respond within 24 hours.


Returns and Exchanges

At Skylee, we strive to provide detailed product descriptions to avoid surprises when you receive your order.

We want our customers to know exactly what they are purchasing.


Order Cancellation Policy

We process most orders within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email contact@skylee.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders in stock are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours.

  • Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once the order has been processed.


Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

  • Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused shipments, or undeliverable packages.

If a package is returned to us, we can either refund your order minus shipping fees or reship your order, depending on your choice.

  • Refunds or reshipments are only possible once the package is received by the sender.


Return Policy

  • Whether you are unsatisfied or have simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your products.

  • To return an item, fill out the return form, sign it, and send it with your package to the address we provide once you contact our support team.
